Terms and Conditions

Riga Mail Drop undertakes to do the following:

1. To keep an accurate account of your deposited funds as well as your payments.

2. To notify you when your account need additional funds and when your subscription is about to expire.

3. To provide immediate information about persons attempting to contact your discover your whereabouts.

4. To keep all your information stored with us completely and absolutely confidential and never pass it on to any third party. To never store any information not relevant to the direct operation of the service.

5. To ensure that mail is promptly forwarded at the frequency of your choice.

6. To ensure that all mail sent to you will not carry the return address of Riga Mail Drop in a way that will make it obvious you are receiving mail from a mail forwarding service.

7. To store your mail after your subscription has ended. We will send notifications to you about the expiration of your subscription. If we do not get response from you, your mail will be destroyed after 30 days. If we do get a response, you have 30 days to provide us with payment to send you your mail from the date when your response was sent. After this period your mail will be destroyed.

8. To not increase our running fees to any customer during the any paid subscription period.

Exceptions:

A court order or order from other legitimate government official will always be followed regardless of the terms stated here. Should your information be requested by authorities, we will inform you if possible.

You as a customer/subscriber agree to the following:

1. To deal honorably with all your clients and to cause no inconvenience to Riga Mail Drop.

2. Not to send the following types of items through Riga Mail Drop: explosives, destructive items, guns, illegal drugs, live material, plants, food, liquids, child pornography.

3. You accept that Riga Mail Drop will terminate your account, if it is being used for illegal purposes. In this case all mail will be returned to the sender or destroyed and your information will be deleted.

4. You agree to keep a float of at least EUR 20 on your deposit account to cover future postage charges. Where average postal charges are greater than this amount, Riga Mail Drop reserves the right to increase the level of the float to a higher amount.

5. You agree that upon termination of the service or failure to pay the agreed fee in advance, Riga Mail Drop shall have no responsibility to make your mail available without payment.

6. You agree that Riga Mail Drop is not responsible for any international civil and criminal law violations on your part and agree to reimburse Riga Mail Drop for any time and legal expense involved.

7. You agree to pay all requested amounts promptly in order to prevent disruption to your service. Failure to pay for one or more parts of your service may result in the whole of your service being suspended or cancelled by us. Reactivation of a suspended account may be subject to a reactivation charge up to EUR 50.

8. You agree that refunds are not available for unused services. On end of your subscription term account postal deposit are refundable subject to a EUR 10 deduction for administration charges. In the event of cancellation of non-subscription services any on account postage fees held will be refunded subject to a EUR 10 deduction for administration charges.

9. You accept that if you fail to abide by any of these conditions you will forfeit the right to use Riga Mail Drop as a mailing address.

General Conditions:

1. Riga Mail Drop does not act as your agent, or otherwise act on your behalf as a power-of-attorney, or otherwise. We simply provide a service. We do not open or otherwise check letters that are being forwarded or remailed. By using the Riga Mail Drop remailing service, you are certifying that you are not mailing anything illegal, dangerous, or in violation of postal or other laws. You will hold Riga Mail Drop harmless for any losses and/or penalties resulting from any such action.

2. Riga Mail Drop does not run and has no control over any postal systems. Therefore, Riga Mail Drop is not liable for lost or stolen mail. You use postal services at your own risk.

3. Riga Mail Drop does not charge set up fees for any of our services. Most of the set up costs which we incur are taken from the initial subscription. We therefore have a policy that any refunds are at our sole discretion.

4. Riga Mail Drop reserves the right to change your Riga Mail Drop address. You will be given at least two (2) months notice of any such change.

5. Riga Mail Drop is not responsible for any events caused by major natural disasters (earthquakes, flooding etc.), war, revolutions, terrorism, aircraft crashes, nuclear disasters, strikes, lockouts or other labour market conflicts.

6. Although every effort will be made to ensure a reliable service, in the event of any systems failure Riga Mail Drop will not be held liable for any immediate or consequential loss whatsoever.

7. We reserve the right to vary our terms without prior notice.

Application and payment for our services will constitute agreement to all terms and conditions listed below.
