Scanmail - postal mail forwarding electronically, you can control your postal mail beyond traditional mail forwarding service

This service requires a subscription of Mail Forwarding Service and it also requires that you have a deposit with us. It is an add-on service to your Mail Forwarding Address or to your Virtual Business Address.

On your request we will open, scan and email your letters. With Scanmail you can have all your mail (or part of it as per your explicit instructions, or on your request only) forwarded directly to an email address of your choosing. This service is naturally for documents that don’t lose their value when being copied, it is ideal for bills. We will charge a processing fee € 0.50 per page for scanning your mail.

Please note that we NEVER open your mail unless you explicitly instruct us to do so.

If you choose to use Scanmail for only selected mail items:

We receive your mail, instantly scan in all the envelopes images, and then electronically deliver each envelope image to you. Once you receive the envelope images, you decide what we have to do with your mail:

· Open immediately, and the contents rapidly scan so that you can receive it by email.

· Forward to you by postal mail.

· Shred and recycle.

· Keep until we receive further instructions from you.

We will charge a processing fee € 0.50 per item for scanning your envelopes.

After we have scanned and emailed your mail we can then re-seal your mail for future forwarding or destroy it as per your instructions.

With this service you will e-mail us the documents you want posted, we will then print them and post them to a recipient of your choice, in a blank envelope or in an envelope with a message you choose. Addresses are printed on the envelopes in a professional manner.

This service does not require any subscription but it requires that you have a deposit with us for covering postage costs and processing fees. We will charge a processing fee € 1.50 for each page printed as well as for postage.

Clients using E-mail to Postal mail service only -payment of € 30 postage deposit is required in advance.

No ID is required to sign up for any of our services.
