For Virtual Business Address clients by default we send mail out on the day of receipt.  We will, however, hold mail at a client’s request and send it all on a weekly or monthly basis.  Postal mail forwarding clients can choose mail forwarding frequency when signing up.

Yes. We will never reveal our clients’ name, address or email to third parties. The exception to this would be if a client was using our service to send material prohibited, i.e., arms, controlled drugs, bomb making equipment etc.  This is one reason why we limit our service to the forwarding and remailing of letters and small packets.

Mail is inserted unopened in an opaque plain envelope and addressed according to your instructions. Any attempt to open the envelope will be obvious to the recipient.

Generally, if it fits through a normal letterbox, it’s fine. We do not accept large items simply because these will frequently be inspected by the customs authorities and will draw attention to our services.

Can I change my mail forwarding details?

Yes. We do not render a fee for this. Simply let us know what the change is.

I need to open a bank account and the bank won’t accept a PO Box. Can I open a bank account using your address?

We have never had a problem with a customer not being able to open a bank account using our address. Your address with us is a street address, not a PO Box.

On receiving payment  your service might be fully functional with one day. Depending on the services you have requested, it may take a little longer before your virtual office is fully set up. We do however aim  to get all services up and running within 24 hours of receiving your payment.
